logo EU_TUNEEU TUNE project is a transnational contest where secondary school students produce their digital stories through the Digital Storytelling language, approaching three different themes:

Best digital stories will be awarded during the final workshop in Rome and students who produced selected videos will be invited.

Besides, EU TUNE aims at fostering an inter-institutional dialogue among academics and representatives of Regional, Governmental and European institutions related to enlargement towards candidate and potential candidate partner countries by organizing thematic workshops.

European conference on “Trafficking in women and prostitution: Bulgarian and European perspectives”

LOGO BGRFRIGHTS Bulgarian partner BGRF (BUlgarian Gender Research Foundation) is going to take part in the European conference on "Trafficking in women and prostitution: Bulgarian and European perspectives". The conference is foreseen as a concrete political and awareness raising event for the two women's organisations and will give a key opportunity for Bulgarian stakeholders, politicians, professionals and NGOs, to get in-depth knowledge on the issue of trafficking in women and prostitution, both at Bulgarian and European level, and discuss possible ways forward, based on the experience developed in other EU countries.The conference will take place on 13 July 2012 in Sofia in the framework of EWL campaign 'Together for a Europe free from prostitution'. Further info at:

Digital Storytelling Festival

ds7-squareThe seventh Digital Storytelling Festival this year is going to be held in Wales and "promises to inspire, encourage and showcase exciting projects across a wide spectrum of digital storytelling activity".

This year it is hosted by the University of Glamorgan's George Ewart Evans Centre for Storytelling and will be held at Chapter Arts in Cardiff on Thursday 7th June 2012.

DS7 presents a packed day of inspirational speakers and sessions on a wide range of topics within the field, and offers an exciting opportunity to network with the national and international digital storytelling community.
